Eat, Sleep, Party!

I love going for music festivals, gigs and concerts! I think we all wait for some brilliant artist to come down, and our plans are already made. We know what time the tickets are going on sale, and we are ready to swipe our credit cards, once thats done, we all have to go to Facebook or Twitter and tell everybody 'I have got mine' Its become an everyday thing now. But everyone will agree, that we love going for such concerts, guzzling a few shots, doing our crazy dance, and getting back home with a big bag of memories. I am all set for the new year and I thought of posting the top 5 music concerts and festivals you could go for and have a blast. These ones are on my bucket list and I am sure they are all going to be checked soon!

ULTRA (MIAMI, USA)

Attendance: 330,000 in 2013
Acts: 300+
Stages: 7
Despite the existence of dozens of other electronic music festivals, Ultra is the one that sold out of early bird tickets in four minutes, and advance tickets in twenty for their 2014 session. Maybe it’s because they’ve consistently gotten any DJ who’s made even the most remote splash in electronic music to play on their stages, and because those stages have now been to six other countries: Spain, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, South Korea, and Croatia, whose inaugural edition in 2013 saw 108,000 live spectators and another 700,000 online. Meanwhile, in the US, an addition of three more festival days made no difference in the show selling out.
 Bacardi NH7 Weekender in Pune

Where: Laxmi Lawns, near Magarpatta City, Pune
Thanks to top-notch production quality and an exciting lineup, artists and audiences agree that the three-day NH7 Weekender is the best organized indie music festival in the country.
“The people that come to the festival are hardened music lovers, it’s excellent to play for this kind of an audience,” says Swarathma bassist Jishnu Dasgupta.
Some 10,000 people are expected to find a spot in the sprawling seven-hectare space for this year's festival.
Sunburn

Where: Candolim beach, Goa
For sheer size, consistency and being in that sunshine state called Goa, Sunburn is championed as Asia’s best electronic music festival by its promoters.
Not in its fifth year, 2011 is expected to be the biggest yet. More than 100,000 people are expected at the three-day beach dance party.
Locals have been complaining about the frustrating traffic because of the festival. But it’s hard to worry about the world outside when there’s a neon-colored stage, sand under your feet, the ocean behind you and EDM in your ears.

TomorrowLand

Boom, Belgium's Tomorrowland is one of the biggest electronic music festivals in the world. ID&T makes sure to include fanciful stage design, innovative decorations and attractions, and a superior line-up of the biggest and best DJs in the dance music scene. It's turned into its own world, and you can feel the magic people experience at the festival when they speak on it. 2013 is the year that ID&T brought TomorrowLand to the U.S. as TomorrowWorld another huge step in helping nurture the American EDM scene, as well as keeping the TomorrowLand vibe alive.
